Now you want to know what their customer service is like. Call them and see how long you have to wait. Call both their technical support and their customer or sales line. If the wait is not so long and the people are friendly then it is a good sign. If there is a lag in conversation or they sound like they are overseas and you can't understand them, then you have a good idea of what it will be like when you have a problem. When you get hold of the technical people, ask them a few questions and see how much they know. If you don't know what they are saying but they sound quite confident and want to help you, then this is a good sign.

If you want a good wireless internet provider, then you need to put a bit of time and effort into it. It can save you a lot of time and effort and money later on.
